Unity Infraprojects today said its shareholders have approved the raising of up to Rs 250 crore through the issue of securities to institutional buyers on a private placement basis.

Shareholders of the company have approved the issue of equity shares or securities convertible into equity shares or other instruments through qualified institutional placement for a value not exceeding Rs 250 crore, the construction firm said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Shares of Unity Infraprojects were trading at Rs 408, up 0.29 per cent in afternoon trade on the BSE.
